I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Glide. I paid for the Explorer plan on 04/10/2025, and the payment was processed successfully, but my account still shows as being on the free plan. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through their AI support system, I was repeatedly given useless troubleshooting steps (clear cache, switch teams, wait for sync) which did not solve the problem.

Worse, I was told I was “on a free plan” when I had clearly already paid. The system simply refuses to recognize my subscription, and the AI support does not escalate the issue to a human in real time. I was eventually told someone would “get back to me on Monday.” This is completely unacceptable for a paid service.

I expected a smooth upgrade to a paid plan, but instead I got charged and left without access to the features I paid for. This is a serious billing and customer service failure. I want my money refunded immediately, and I will not be recommending Glide to others unless this is resolved quickly.Read More

BEWARE! Full of bugs and customer support is terrible. They have this newish AI feature they recommended over and over in their marketing, its actually in beta. Any issues you have, even if you not using the beta AI component they blame it on it and say they cant fix your issues because they are to busy fixing the problems this beta AI component has caused. Because I'm a paying customer, I have asked for some type of compensation as my issues are causing a lot of my customers to leave, however not once have they acknowledged my request. I'd recommend finding another solution for now unless you want terrible customer service.Read More

I seem to run into system lags quite often (5-10 times per year) which is a lot when you have clients to manage. Their support team and response rate is the absolute worst. I would give them an overall rating of 3.5 but because of their support, 2 stars.
