I am writing to formally report a COMPLETE FAILURE of BOTH subscription checkout AND donation processing on the Christ Consciousness platform. This is now the THIRD critical system failure on your platform.

CURRENT STATUS - NOTHING WORKS

The start was promising. Base44 was able to create a nice looking bare bones website in line with what i had in mind. I decided it was worth upgrading to a paying plan in order to build out the website properly. However, as soon as i started adding more functionalities, the problems started. It pretty much stopped working. I asked the AI to change 1 simple thing over 10 times using many different prompts (and wasting many credits in the process), and it failed to deliver every time despite telling me it fixed the issue every time. Now they won't refund me. Terrible people at this company, bad policies, and bad customer support. Stay away! The app is not worth your time anyway. The apps suck too. Slowest customer support in history. Systems that lock you in and prevent you from leaving. They recently remove the best ai coder Opus 4.5, then removed the ability to choose AI models. And the app become useless. Only mistakes, forget things, not follow prompts. Just a waste of money now. I have spent about 8 hours on this app and it is not what I thought it would be. I have high level of patience for new tech, but after working daily with Claude and OpenAI, this is a huge failure. If you are going to use one of their templates, maybe it will work, but the AI does not follow directions well, or have an understanding of what it is you are trying to do. whatever you do as this every moment , Do not get Base44 for $20 paid plans for a month, Youtube keeps showing this ad every single day to the point of If I was going insane or not. What do I see before every video?! Base44, So what does Base44 ads wants to tell us? We can just not code just generate an working app out of thin air because AI would do it magic to make it work for you? tagline says imagine being to build anything, just by thinking about it?!

Don't take my own word for it. check the other reviewers and other former Base 44 people who has used this app for free/month and they get nothing cause they spend their hard earned money to Base44 is now gone to the kid who sets up the company as a pioneer to thinking anything outside with Base44. There are angry people right now demanding their money back for broken features, paying subscription on max after their own data been wiped out and features is just broken to the core to guilt trip you pay more money only by $40 in a month.

Never Trust "Build powerful apps fast," "No Code Needed." and "your vision, without limits."

I wouldn't for the life of me would not recommended to use this app because the impressive ads somehow would hook us to pay up $40 to waste upon hours and hours of work building apps would be a total waste of time and its a terrible product that Youtube has been showing on their youtube ads program should be ashamed themselfs that lead their youtube viewers to impressive/broken app to waste your time and sanity they call 'Base44''

This has to be a scam, it just has to. How else can you explain this?

Every single time I create a new project, it works wonders at first, it builds everything perfectly, even the most complex things you ask it to do. Then overtime it just becomes dumb, you spend 50 credits to change the most basic thing and it just keeps telling you it's done and it's not done, and I mean really simple things. Like displaying the total number of users in the home page stats. It just has to be a scam, it is programmed to become dumber and dumber throughout the project to make you spend more credits and upgrade your plan.Read More

This platform is going backwards!
Now, one of the main reasons I commented - the ability to select the Ai you want to work with- has been removed!
Something isn't right with this platform since Wix purchased it. They are slowly destroying what could have been the best in the game. There was already issues creeping in with the Ai being flawless one minute, then the next minute can't even complete a simple request. Now they removed the ability to work with the Ai you prefer. They all have strengths and weaknesses which makes that feature work. I am massively disappointed with how things have changed since August when I commented. I didn't buy, because I was suspicious of the quality of the result generated. Base44 gives you something very nice, but the code doesn't match at all. Good practices are not respected. I code in React, and contexts and hooks seem to be an oddity for him. Use to generate an application prototype, but this application will never replace a coder.
