If you want proof that these underpaid, minimum wage drivers have an underground porch pirate ring, order a cheap $20 item from Amazon. They will ring your doorbell and ensure your package reaches you safely. Then, order an expensive $300 item from Amazon and watch as the driver skips ringing your doorbell, leaving your package out in the open and even 'accidentally' delivering it to the wrong address, all to facilitate its theft. This terrible service provider has unclear fees and is excessively expensive for what seems to be a company composed of incompetent individuals. Every day brings new problems, and we often need to email multiple departments within Intercom because there’s no customer support, and no one knows how to resolve the issues. Intercom is very costly for the service provided and is incredibly slow in delivering support—waiting several days for replies despite being a live chat company. The most significant issue is that the chat tool does not appear for many visitors to our site. We pay several hundred dollars each month, yet we constantly receive reports from users that the live chat option is missing. Intercom claims this issue is due to ISPs and suggests that we ask our customers to contact their ISP for support, which is absurd. I have not encountered this issue with any other chat tool previously. They also attempt to charge you for every minor feature.Read More
