Unfortunately, my experience with Lumes5 has been very disappointing.\ I am a subscriber, but I have long experienced a total lack of assistance: no response to emails sent and no real support when needed.
}A service of this type should guarantee at least a minimum of attention to customers, instead the feeling is of being completely ignored.
Truly a pity, because the content might have potential, but without proper support there is no point in paying for a subscription.

This is the worst piece of software Ive ever used. You cannot change the text size or colour. You cant resize text so when it wraps and the s is on another line (such as Cryptocurrencies the s is on the next line and you cant change it. Sometimes swapping media leaves your text a vibrant pink colour that looks terrible.
